Diesmal geht’s ins Gasthaus: Wie ruft man jemanden am besten an seinen Tisch, in Zeiten, in denen „Fräulein“ und „Herr Ober“ ausgedient haben? Keinesfalls schnipsen, meinen Kellnerinnen und Kellner, Blickkontakt suchen oder die Hand heben. Respektvolles Verhalten ist aber mehr als Etikette, es geht um die Haltung von Gast und Gastgeber. Und auch innerhalb des Gastgewerbes, dem ein rauer Umgangston nachgesagt wird, stellt sich die Frage: Wie gelingt ein wertschätzender Umgang in einer stressigen Atmosphäre? Kellnerinnen, Kellner und Köche berichten aus ihrem Alltag.
