  • Forres Vocal – Jane Duncan Rogers
    Jul 8 2024

In this episode, I speak to Jane Duncan Rogers, author of a book called Gifted by Grief, and founder of Before I Go Solutions.

Jane booked herself onto a course in 2007 which brought her to Forres. After finishing the course, she says she felt a strong ancestral pull, and decided to stay and settle down, only to discover she had descendants just across the water in Cromarty.

Although born in Scotland, she has lived in England, Northern Ireland and New Zealand, the latter on a boat.

In this conversation, we discuss end-of-life planning, her background in counselling and psychotherapy, the pain of losing her first husband, and in particular, how her bereavement became a gift.

Hello Jane and welcome to the Forres Vocal podcast.
