Rodrigo Garcia Gonzalez - co-founder of Notpla

On our very first show, we introduce the amazing work of Notpla, a UK-based company developing innovative packaging solutions using seaweed and other natural materials. Rodrigo Garcia Gonzalez, the co-founder, joins us.

Rodrigo has a background in architecture and has studied industrial design in Chile, Sweden and Innovation Design Engineering at the RCA/Imperial College London.

Notpla, a sustainable packaging startup founded by an interdisciplinary team of designers, engineers and scientists, produces seaweed-based materials and more to replace single-use plastic. Their portfolio has expanded to a broader category of innovative biomaterial solutions, which was started by the award-winning product "Ooho," an edible and completely biodegradable sachet, funded by Innovate UK and the Ellen Macarthur Foundation.

We find out in this show through 73 rapid-fire questions as we gain an insight into Rodrigo and Notpla. Check out their website at www.notpla.com or follow their amazing work on Instagram.
