Ein Klassiker der französischen Küche ist die Zwiebelsuppe! Wer kennt sie nicht? Man kann sie unendlich variieren, aber das Originalrezept bleibt das Beste.
Mit wenigen Zutaten und ganz einfachen Tricks kann man diese köstliche Suppe einfach zaubern.
Wir servieren sie traditionell als letzter Gang bei großen Festen (Hochzeiten, Bällen oder Silvester) gegen 1 oder 2 Uhr Nachts. So kenne ich sie noch aus meiner Kindheit!
Heutzutage wird sie aber auch als normale Mahlzeit serviert und man findet sie oft auf der französischen Menükarte für Touristen.
Aber lecker ist sie allemal und deshalb teile ich mein Rezept hier mit euch!
