Konflikte im Pflegealltag sind unvermeidlich – wenn unterschiedliche Meinungen, Aufgaben und Prozesse aufeinandertreffen. In dieser Folge erfährst du, was Konflikte eigentlich sind, wie sie aufgebaut sind und welche Lösungen du anwenden kannst, um mit ihnen umzugehen. Zum Beispiel mit Kommunikations­übungen wie Ich-Botschaften oder Teamübungen. Wir gehen vom Eskalationsmodell von Glasl et al. über Massnahmen, die wirklich helfen. Hör rein und erfahre, wie du im Team Grenzen setzt, Konflikte löst und so ein gesünderes Arbeitsklima schaffst!
