About this listen

 Ich habe ganz spontan eine sehr persönliche Folge aufgenommen. Die Pflege meiner Tochter wird immer herausfordernder und physisch anstrengender. Ich brauche Auszeiten und mehr Unterstützung und muss das meiner Tochter gegenüber klar kommunizieren. Gleichzeitig aber möchte ich nicht, dass sie sich als Last oder Problem wahrnimmt.
