 In dieser Pilotfolge führt Axel Dechamps in das Thema „Nachhaltige Entwicklung“ ein. Diese umfasst weit mehr als umweltverträgliche Produktion und einen ressourcenorientierten Konsum und geht deutlich über urbanes Gärtnern, Elektromobilität oder den Ausstieg aus der Kohleverstromung hinaus. Die 17 Nachhaltigkeitsziele (Sustainable Development Goals = SDG) umfassen daher u.a. auch die Reduktion der Armut, ein Ende der prekären Arbeitsverhältnisse, sowie eine wirkliche soziale, wirtschaftliche und politische Teilhabe. „Und für eine gelingende Wohlstands- und Konsumwende wird Bildung zu einem ganz zentralen Faktor“, sagt Axel Dechamps.
