I prodotti agricoli che confluiscono negli agri-hub vengono coltivati su terreni marginali, degradati o non in competizione con la filiera alimentare. Il primo impianto, creato nel 2022, ha una capacità di 15mila tonnellate all’anno. Ma l’obiettivo è arrivare a un target di produzione di 200mila tonnellate al 2026.
