Our guest today is Jim Cantrell. Jim is a pioneering American entrepreneur, mechanical engineer, and race car driver with over 35 years of experience in the space and automotive industries. In his space career, he served on the founding team of SpaceX, as its first VP of Business Development and early advisor to Elon Musk, and held roles at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory and the French Space Agency. He has been involved in over 46 satellite missions, pioneered concepts like software-defined satellites and micro-launch vehicles, and co-founded companies including Vector Launch, StratSpace, and Phantom Space Corporation, where he serves as CEO and co-founder.
