He was NASA’s White House Liaison and twice served on NASA’s Agency Review Team as well as FAA’s Commercial Space Transportation Advisory Committee. He has twice been nominated by the President to serve as NASA’s Chief Financial Officer. He is the author of Red Moon Rising: How America Will Beat China on the Final Frontier, Death by China, and A New Entrepreneurial Dynamic.
