Florence was very good at philosophy, mathematics, knew many foreign languages, French, Greek and had a gift for literature. She is intelligent, enjoys reading books on philosophy, religion, and politics and finds it interesting to care for sick farmers and domestic animals. Her passion is to secretly read the books on caring for the sick that she has collected, and then to visit hospitals in London and surrounding areas. Florence Nightingale is also remembered as the Woman with the Lamp, the founder of modern nursing, later her date of birth was chosen as "International Nurses Day - May 12".
