Being kind to your body is a journey! In your efforts towards building a better lifestyle for yourself and a body, you will often go to fitness spaces such as gyms or yoga studios - but sometimes it isn't designed to be kind to you.
Our guests Jeremy Ferreira (a CrossFit instructor) and Gigi Sara Dcruz (a yoga instructor) talk to us about the biases that exist in these spaces and how it's important to listen to your body and be kind to yourself in this journey. As folks with body image issues, I thought they would be perfect to share their story and share pointers on how to be kind to yourself on your journey.
