Negli ultimi mesi il boom di affitti brevi nelle città ha subito una frenata in tutta Italia. L’effetto delle nuove norme “anti Airbnb”, il rallentamento del turismo dopo la lunga cavalcata post Covid e l’eccesso di offerta di immobili sulle piattaforme, stanno riconfigurando il mercato delle locazioni turistiche. Naturalmente, questa tendenza non segnerà un ritorno alle antiche abitudini. Ma è possibile che domanda e offerta di locazioni, in futuro, saranno meno sbilanciate verso gli affitti brevi e un po’ più attenti ai bisogni dei residenti classici.
