This week I chat to Kirsty Cully who climbed Kilimanjaro with us back in 2017.

 I wanted to share her story as she is a great example of someone who has used mountains to help her find meaning and happiness in her life. 

 We chat about the porters on Kilimanjaro, learning to handstand, coaching and what is so special about going on adventures.
