Vinit Sirimanothan has been training in Boxing for about 5 years and fights in the Heavyweight category. Vinit has both the heaviest hands and the biggest smiles in the gym, and is also always happy to share his knowledge and help younger boxers progress. That's why many have come to seek him as a teammate and a great human to be around in general. Vredy Yazri is a MMA fighter who's amassed a pretty sizable pedigree of 23 amateur fights across 7 different martial arts at only 22. After his recent resounding win at the Ultimate Beatdown 45 in Malaysia, scoring a first round TKO in under 2 minutes, Vredy has the foot on the gas pedal with no plans on slowing down. In this interview, we talk about his recent fight and how he prepared for it, as well as his plans to go beyond amateur fights and to join a professional MMA organization. We also discussed about the roots of his interest for martial arts, as well as the people he draws inspiration to guide him on this journey of hopefully turning his passion into a profession.

Quinlan Koh trains in Boxing at Elite Coach in Singapore and is amongst those guys who make you feel old… At 17 years of age, while he might be the youngest guest on the show, he yet demonstrates an acutely wise outlook on the sport of boxing and what it brings, both inside and outside of the ring. From his debuts in BJJ and Muay Thai at age 6, Quinlan has always kept a love affair with the Sweet Science, although he really started to take things more seriously about a year ago. In this episode, we discuss about the intrinsic value of hard work, training with friends on a void deck, and how he is approaching his preparation for his upcoming fight at Legends’ Invitational Sparring 10 on 20th May.
