Judith Hoffmann im Gespräch mit Susanne Zobl (News, Kurier) und Wolfgang Huber-Lang (APA). Halbzeit im Festivalsommer, Halbzeit unter anderem auch bei den Bregenzer Festspielen. Seit rund zwei Wochen läuft dort die bewährte Mischung aus Kassenschlager auf der Seebühne, anspruchsvollem Musiktheater im Festspielhaus und Sprechtheater, diesmal unter anderem die Uraufführung von Ferdinand Schmalz' "bumm tschak", als Koproduktion mit dem Wiener Burgtheater. Auch die neue Intendantin Lilli Paasikivi kocht nach dem traditionellen Rezept, wenn auch nicht mehr lange angesichts der jüngsten Budgetkürzung. Andere Festivals gehen an diesem Wochenende in die Dernière.
