Both are former professional athletes who now run very large online coaching businesses with thousands of athletes. Cami won the title of "Fittest Woman on Earth" in 2014 when she won the CrossFit games, and Dave played professional baseball. We discuss their background in sports and competing, and how that led them to establishing their own coaching businesses and the methodology they use today. We cover the specifics of the programs they offer, and how they navigate maintaining a healthy marriage, parenting, and running their businesses alongside one another.
