  • Sabry El Klifi | Fashion as Therapy, Confidence & Main Character Energy
    Dec 2 2025

This week I’m joined by Sabry El Klifi (@sabryelklifi), Brighton-based fashion lover, model, stylist and content creator. To talk about style, confidence and why fashion is so much more than just clothes.

We chat about how we met over those glasses, building a personal brand on Instagram, and the love, hate relationship with social media. Sabry opens up about growing up in France, moving to London and then Brighton, and how fashion became his daily therapy and creative outlet, helping him through low moments, breakups and rebuilding confidence.

We talk about main character energy, compliments, not fitting in, buying with a vision, and why feeling sexy is an energy, not how much skin you show. And of course, we finish with my signature questions, including what makes him feel sexiest (spoiler: an oversized blazer).

⚠️ Content warning: Adult themes, sex and sexuality, body confidence, social media pressures.
