 Being a single mom is not a curse! No matter how we arrived at the destination of parenting alone, we must understand that God has a plan for our families also. Intentional parenting is met with many challenges and obstacles. We must remain committed to the task at hand. As a single mom, I am blessed, my children are blessed, and our home is blessed. I speak blessings and expect favor over my family. Words have power. These positive words of affirmation that I have spoken over my two daughters since birth, are being manifested in their lives daily. I don’t have this attitude because everything is perfect or because my children are perfect, for we are imperfectly serving a perfect God. I understand that my words have power! Recently, God downloaded a word for single mothers that I felt led to share on the podcast. These are intended to not just be words of actions but also words of actions. I discuss the power of forgiveness, duplication, and implementation. Let’s change the trajectory of our children’s lives. Single mom, I see you!
