About this listen

The brewing violence in Europe has taken over history. Today, July 30th at 2 am Russia proposed to Germany that they would stop mobilizing if Austria would eliminate clauses in their ultimatum harmful Serbian sovereignty. So, there was still time, but truly, this was the last chance for peace.
