I had a dream where the keys were missing, but my car was still there. I assumed they'd been stolen. I spun stories about what might happen next. But I got home. Without the keys. And just as I reached the door, I tripped.

My beliefs about control literally tripped me up!

Later that morning, a friend acknowledged something I did at 17 that showed just how resourceful and powerful I already was.
