About this listen

Welcome to the Every L Podcast, my name is Matt Brown and I am your host. This podcast has been created to showcase that "Every L" is not always a loss.

I have had my fair share of challenging moments in my life where things didn't go my way, I’ve missed out on opportunities, got rejected, and truly believed that it was the be-all and end-all. I struggled with my mental health for so many years with this but never gave up because I was surrounded by people who had faced various challenging situations but still found good in them.

I want this podcast to be a collection of real people sharing their real lived lives to encourage and motivate others to know that their “right now” is not their “forever.”

I hope you enjoy and I thank you to all my guests who will be sharing their stories. If you would like to get in touch find me on Twitter or IG @everylpodcast or email: everylpod@gmail.com

    A bit more about Hannah:

Hannah Edwards-Arnison is a lecturer in English at The Henley College (or at a sixth form college) where she works with her husband, Assistant Principal, Tristan, and 6-year-old daughter, Hermione. Hermione came into being after a prolonged period of trial and error and via a very challenging birth - Hannah believes wholeheartedly that her experiences have led her to question how women and pregnant people are dealt with by our health service and during and after birth, leading her to come into contact with groups such as Bliss, The Borne Charity, The Grief Gang
