Titul Európskeho hlavného mesta kultúry nesú každý rok najčastejšie, ale nie výlučne, dve mestá spoločne. Tento rok sa tak deje už po 41. krát. Vyvolenými sú fínske mesto Oulu a slovenské krajské mesto Trenčín. Čo sa v rámci príprav v meste už udialo a čo prinesie blízka budúcnosť, aj o tom bude naše vysielanie.
