 Lea Hilling ist Leiterin des Mutter-Vater-Kind-Hauses der Backhaus Kinder- und Jugendhilfe in Meppen. Seit 2019 sorgt sich Lea als Hausleiterin darum, dass Eltern mit ihren Kindern ein selbstständiges Leben führen können und neue Perspektiven erhalten. Wir plaudern über Leas Zeit in der Einrichtung und was ihre Arbeit mit den Familien so einzigartig und spannend macht. Das alles klingt nicht nur nach einer Menge Verantwortung, sondern auch nach einer Menge Abwechslung und vielen besonderen Momenten. Aber hört selbst!
