Este año me dejó aprendizajes que no están en una revista de negocios, pero si están en qué me tocó hacer para levantarnos en el medio de la presión: tomar decisiones estratégicas, colocar a la persona correcta en el lugar correcto implementar, nuevos sistemas y procesos y vivir cuatro aprendizajes que te quiero compartir.
En donde entendí, que a veces las circunstancias me pueden sobrepasar, la solución puede estar fuera de mi, que mi persona más cercana es mi más grande aliada y que lo último que me queda en la cuenta siempre lo use para aprender más no para tener miedo.
