Este episodio narra una de las historias más olvidadas del conflicto entre Palestina e Israel. Unos actos que fueron calificados como “genocidio” por parte de la Asamblea General de Naciones Unidas. Entre el 15 y el 18 de septiembre de 1982 en los campos de refugiados de Sabra y Shatila, la población refugiada palestina fue masacrada a manos de la Falange Libanesa, un grupo político de derecha y perteneciente a la iglesia cristiana maronita, tras el asesinato del Presidente libanés Amin Gemayel.
Con la participación de la periodista Teresa Aranguren que estaba presente en Líbano durante la ocupación israelí de 1982 y varios supervivientes de la masacre que vivían en el campamento de Shatila en aquella época.
