Fue una de las obras más controvertidas en Pamplona, Se creó una plataforma: la plataforma en defensa de la Plaza del Castillo.. Hubo manifestaciones e intentos de sabotaje en la obra. En ella se encontraron restos arqueológicos de épocas como la romana, la medieval, la moderna y la contemporánea. Pese a esto, la construcción continuó y se ha convertido hoy en día en uno de los aparcamientos subterráneos más transitados de la ciudad, pero ¿podría Pamplona funcionar si no hubiera parking?, ¿qué les hizo seguir?
