La acción de Mujeres Libres tuvo un reflejo en la revista que editaban cada tres meses. Publicaron 13 números hasta que el franquismo invadió el país. Con la revista difundieron la imagen de la nueva mujer, sus necesidades, su pensamiento, su autonomía…. Fue una revista hecha por mujeres para las miles de compañeras que deseaban aprender cómo dejar de ser un ángel del hogar. Cómo dejar de ser la mujer ideal para Picasso. Por eso es tan importante la memoria de Françoise Gilot, que se enfrentó al minotauro. Una mujer que no quería ser como le obligaba a ser el artista y padre de sus hijos.
