Alizia Izal Elorz, de 65 años, es transexual y fue guerrillera. Nació en una familia católica de Pamplona. Con apenas dos años ya jugaba a vestirse con la ropa de su madre a escondidas. A pesar del miedo y del acoso, su fe y vocación de servicio a los demás le hicieron recorrer medio mundo hasta llegar a las trincheras de Sudamérica, donde como cura ayudó a las personas más necesitadas. En ese camino de entrega a los demás, Alizia entendió que también debía mirar hacia dentro, huir y liberar a la mujer que vivía encerrada en el cuerpo de un hombre. Ahora puede dar voz a una realidad que afecta a muchas personas y de la que se siente orgullosa de ser referente.
