About this listen

Welcome back Wyld Ones,

I am delighted to share the cosy winter conversation I had with the wonderful Jen Grange, the Natural Wellbeing Guide from 'Lakeland Wellbeing'.

Jen is a wild woman, creator & nature lover, working within the ancient landscape of Cumbria. Fostering a deep connection with the land and the elements, she works with the old ways, the seasons and cycles of nature & the moon to bring about healing and transformation.

Jen has always turned to nature to soothe away the stresses and strains of life and ward off unhappy feelings. “Nature,” she says, “is a wonderful place to relax and heal; in nature there is no judgement, just acceptance and space to breathe.”

As a mindfulness teacher, Jen understands how nature can connect us to the present moment, allowing us to let go of our worries and just ‘be’. She loves to share the healing power of nature, so you too can experience the physical and emotional benefits and begin to develop your own practice of reconnecting with nature and reconnecting with yourself. Her focus is to help you learn tools to support your own wellbeing, offering self-care techniques you can take away with you to make your world a better place.
