Lydia (also known as @_lydslife on Instagram) has suffered from eczema and acne for majority of her adult life. She set up an instagram page and started a blog in 2018 sharing her skin experiences. We speak to her about her skin journey, focusing on how eczema has impacted her life and how she has reached a stage where she is able to manage her skin conditions effectively. She expands on her experience on seeking medical dermatological help as well as the importance of using the right topical products.
