About this listen

Welcome to episode nine, in which I have a lovely conversation with Kat Nicholls.

Kat Nicholls is the Brand and Integrity Manager at Happiful and podcast host of 'Happiful: Finding What Works'. Happiful is a mental health and wellbeing organisation that consists of five online directories where you can find counsellors, coaches, hypnotherapists, nutritionists and holistic therapists. Happiful also publishes a monthly magazine of the same name, bringing mental health and wellbeing topics into mainstream media.

Following on from her own mental health difficulties, Kat has dedicated her career to helping people find the support they need to feel more content - whether that be through professional support, or self-awareness work. Outside of her work with Happiful, Kat is a volunteer for eating disorder charity Beat, loves writing short stories, travelling and cosying up with a good movie.
