In this conversation with Jugpreet we speak about his life growing up, journey with music and his experience of being on an Indian talent show. Jugpreet Bajwa has been trained in both Western and Indian Classical styles of music. The 28-year old Jugpreet, is a passionate and motivational speaker. He lost his sight due to eye-cancer when he was barely 6 months old. But he never lost his Vision. He never let his challenged (impaired) sight pose a hindrance to his Vision, and success followed him wherever he went. At the age of 6, Jugpreet was performing on stage, and he has participated in over thousands of shows. A truly extraordinary talent, Jugpreet can sing in 16 different languages. He has won the hearts of millions with his melodious voice. His Vision is to spread love and peace through music, and he aspires to open a music-therapy school. In 2013 he was honoured with the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal by the Governor General of Canada. In 2016 Jugpreet was one of the Top 3 finalists in ZeeTV SaReGaMaPa singing competition and now one of the regular anthem singers for the Vancouver Canucks.
