While they both felt overwhelming peace, they also saw chaos in various religious sites.
Larrie played the guitar during moments of worship, and her voice survived.
Chris carried the guitar all over Israel, and his hip survived!
Arriving just as Hamas and Israel agreed to a truce and prisoners were exchanged, Chris and Larrie experienced an historic moment in real time.
And there were no lines as they were the first group to visit Israel since the war had started two years earlier.
They had many adventures, some misadventures, but countless unforgettable memories, on their trip of a lifetime.
And they hope to someday return, as there is much more to see and experience.
