John Sinclair is the Director of Programming for The Institute of Motion.
• The Institute of Motion is an applied health and human performance company that seeks to solve the issue of global inactivity. 
• John has over 23 years of experience coaching people of all levels and abilities including professional and Olympic athletes as well as people challenged with medical conditions and returning to sport and life from injury.
• John uses unique methods to deliver programming solutions in the areas of high performance and health coaching and presents these solutions to coaches all over the world. 
• As a lead instructor and content developer for the AHHPS curriculum with the Institute of Motion, John shares his personal insight of coaching and programming.
