I am joined by Alison Benney from Enlighted HR where we talk about the good vs the bad examples of having the wrong type of salesperson in your business, that person who is responsible for bringing business in and acting as the brand ambassador. 

A perfect example is someone who is able to ask for the order at the right time and a business owner who has the ability to understand the personality of getting the right person on board and getting sales to communicate with the business needs in a transparent way. 

We also discuss the dos and don t's of the right kind of sales training within recruitment and onboarding salespeople and how vital it is to get it right from the very beginning and how to fit it in with your business strategy along with the dangers of mis recruiting and how to be clear on the correct type of salesperson to onboard.
