In the eighth episode of Ephesians: Who we are - How we live, Mark begins chapter five.  

The book of Ephesians is such a practical and powerful help to us as christians. The first half of the book focuses on who we are in Christ, our identity and position in him. The last half of the book reveals highly practical instructions and insights for living a victorious and fulfilling life. How to live out our Christianity with other Christians, our families, our co-workers, and those who don't yet know Jesus personally are all addressed.   

The book ends with vital teachings on how to stand victorious against the schemes of the Devil.
