 I remember seeing Hayley on the podium at the commonwealth games coming third in the time trial and tenth in the road race back in 2018. Hayley has been a dominant force in the UK TT scene with multiple National Championship medals and also has won the National Hill Climb Championship in 2019. She knows a thing or two about what it takes to race at the highest level and offers some incredible tips to get into racing, whether that's on the road, TTs or on Zwift, where she races for Movistar's E-Team.
