About this listen

The True Grief Podcast is presented by The Compassionate Friends Queensland. This is an organisation that offers peer to peer support for people who have lost children, siblings, or grandchildren. If you have sadly lost someone close to you, or you are a friend, colleague, or business, trying to support a grief-stricken person, we hope these conversations will give you an insight about how to help. These conversations will include conversations on grief, interviews with experts, and advice for helping people. In this episode Tina Good interviews Brett Jacobson. Brett has a background in Psychology and Counselling. He is completing his Masters and his research project is looking at how siblings are supported after the death of a child. Brett lays out why he is keen to explore this area and how members of the TCFQ and TCF community in Australia can help in this research. Anyone wishing to be involved with the research project or want more information can contact Tina Good by email or phone via these https://www.compassionatefriendsqld.org.au/contact/ (contact details).
