 In this episode, we sit down with Pastor Becky Held who discusses with us creating cultures of honor and celebration. Honor is vital to the health of a team. You don't have to agree with someone to honor them. Celebration leaves little room for jealousy to take root. When we celebrate we recognize each person has unique gifts and talents they bring to the table; celebration takes the focus off ourselves. Too many people try to be the "hero" of a team. There is only one hero. Jesus. Becky also spoke with us about leading women, she is super passionate about building female leaders at all levels in the local church.
