Welcome back after a longer than intended break.  I’m delighted to introduce you to Andrew Fyfe, Head Chef and Owner at Orrin in Elgin.  In this episode Andrew talks us through his career in the hospitality industry. An industry that has historically been known for its unsociable working hours, challenging conditions and a serious lack of support in the mental health department.    

Andrew is changing the face of hospitality in his home town of Elgin in the North of Scotland with the experience and lessons he’s learned along the way.
