Cyndi Uelen is the owner of Cyndi Uelen Coaching. Cyndi offers personal and professional coaching, training and development, facilitation, and assessment administration. 

Cyndi worked in Human Resources for over 20 years primarily in the training and development, coaching, talent management, talent acquisition, and employee relations space. Her passion for talent development, employee engagement and connecting with business leaders comes naturally for her. As a Leadership Trainer, she facilitates a wide variety of training classes, retreats, and conferences to improve alignment, communication, and collaboration.

Cyndi is a certified instructor in Franklin Covey’s 7-Habits of Highly Effective People, Focus: Achieving Your Highest Priorities, and the 4 Disciplines of Execution. She is certified in the Everything Workplace DiSC and the Predictive Index assessments. In addition, she is a certified Life Coach and Integrated Nutrition Health Coach. 

As a certified Life Coach, she provides personal coaching to individuals who want to up-level an area of their life, complete a transformation, or reach an impossible goal. She believes that living a nutritious life is about nourishing ourselves in all areas of our life – career, health, weight loss, relationships, and so much more.

Cyndi was born and raised in San Diego. She and her husband, Billy, moved to Prescott Valley, AZ on January 1, 2021, along with their Labrador, Brodie. They have two adult children Bailey and Chris who live in San Diego. Cyndi enjoys hiking, kayaking, golf, rollerblading, yoga, and exploring Arizona.
