Happy 1 year Podcastaversary to me! I am so grateful for all the listeners support and interviews I've done and can't believe it's been a year already since the first published episode! In this episode, I reflect on the begining of the podcast but also the beginning of my mariner's partner journey as well as general skills and events that seemed so hard and now are second nature. Reflecting on ways you can continue to grow and push yourself out of your comfort zone into something that is hard now but will be second nature later.
