Some came with promises… but packed them away with your peace.
When Job cried out, it wasn’t the storm that broke him—
It was the comforters who made the healing harder.
This chapter exposes the painful reality that not all help is helpful.
Some people arrive only to monitor your downfall…
Others show up with half-hearts and heavy judgments.
But God…
He never sends a rescue that makes you drown deeper.
He is the helper of the helpless, the lifter of bowed heads,
the strength when even the strong walk away.
