I became a Functional Breathing Instructor through the Oxygen Advantage. I read the book The Oxygen Advantage by Patrick McKeown. I became inspired and signed up for his course to become a coach and teach people how to breathe better, improve well-being, and sleep, relieve anxiety, and even lose weight through training breathing.
