About this listen

🎙️ Episode 43 – Life Update, Therapy, Burnout & Falling Out of Love with Social Media | MYH Podcast

In this solo episode of the MYH Podcast, I open up about what's really been going on behind the scenes. After months of touring and working flat out, I’ve decided to take some time off to focus on my own mental health and well-being. I talk openly about going back into therapy, what it looks like for me now, and why it's been one of the most important decisions I've made this year.

I also share my honest thoughts on burnout, how I've fallen out of love with social media, and how I'm finding new ways to cope — including getting back out on my bike and reconnecting with myself.

This episode is raw, reflective, and hopefully relatable. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to keep going — you’re not alone. ❤️

💬 I’d love to hear your thoughts: Should I start a second channel? Drop your answer in the comments below! 👇

Plus, exciting news: New MYH stickers and T-shirts are coming soon — watch to find out more about how you can support the podcast and get involved!
