Angélica Fuentes is a Mexican-American businesswoman, impact investor, and leading advocate for gender equality. With more than three decades of experience, she has held top leadership roles, including CEO of Grupo Imperial and Grupo Omnilife/Angelíssima/Chivas. She has launched multiple start-ups and collaborated with global organizations such as UN Women, the World Economic Forum, and the UN Foundation to advance women’s empowerment.

Her work has earned international recognition, including the UN Women WEPs CEO Leadership Award. In 2025, she founded NOWFUL, a science-backed transformational system that blends a smart-affirmation app with essential tools designed to help people feel centered, energized, and confident.
