About this listen

Lizbeth Meredith is an award-winning author, a speaker, and online teacher, based in Alaska with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a master’s degree in psychology. She has worked as a domestic violence advocate and a child abuse investigator, and for two decades she’s worked with at-risk teens as a juvenile probation supervisor. Her memoir is titled “Pieces of Me: Rescuing My Kidnapped Daughters I love one of her personal statements: She said, “Born in Kentucky and raised in Alaska, I might be the least likely person you know to have crushed some major goals, many of them after age 50”. From shelter living to solo traveler to six of the seven continents. From Mom of internationally kidnapped daughters to proud parent of two fierce and fabulous college graduates. From indie memoir writer to optioned for television, she has learned the art of running down a dream If you’re seeking hope, or are fearful of reaching out to someone for help, Lizbeth is a real champion when it comes to helping at-risk-teens and others who are dealing with abusive relationships. You’ll love hearing about her heart and passion for serving.
