Every child, each of us, is born as a mathematician. We need to take a step back, and look at the person we want to become.
There is no magic bullet, it is all about our identity, and how we feel doing what we are doing.
Pamela has her own non-profit organization, helping teachers navigate who they need to be as a math teacher in order to teach in the world that we are living in. She is a mentor, helping them transition through this whole process. Her messages are powerful and can be applied to each of us, no matter who we are and what we are doing in the world.
