Hello Lovelies ! I can’t believe it’s been 6 years since my stroke ! Today’s episode is dedicated to my 24 year old self and how I evolved and grew my confidence !
For those who are new here, welcome ! My name is Anita and welcome to my stroke of life :) A stroke of life is based on my personal experiences ever since I had a stroke at 24, my stroke of life moment changed my life completely and I want to share my experiences with you all while we all navigate through this journey called life :)
What is a stroke of life moment ? It can be literal or metaphoric, everyone has one or more stroke of life moments. It is an eye opening experience tailored to the individual ( big or small) that changed their life completely (from growing, gaining new perspectives, gaining a better understanding of themselves, and oftentimes it can be quite uncomfortable). The result of that is a stroke of a life moment.
